Returns & Exchanges
At Hello Nancy Official, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
